Dr Saad Al-Mozany completed his undergraduate dental training at the University of Otago in New Zealand. He was then accepted in Waikato Hospital where he was involved in the management and treatment of complex maxillofacial injuries and head and neck oncology cases.
He then completed the primary examinations for the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons where he received commendations in all subjects examined. After another 3 years in private practice in Auckland he was accepted into the Orthodontic program at the University of Sydney.
In his final year of study he was awarded the Sam Buckley travelling fellowship. He was admitted as a member to the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons in the specialist stream and also successfully completed the MOrth examinations for the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh.
His areas of interest in Orthodontics include the early management of Class III malocclusions, adult cosmetic orthodontic treatment and the use of Temporary Anchorage Devices to facilitate and expedite orthodontic treatment. He is currently in specialist private practice in Sydney and is an honorary associate in the orthodontic department at University of Sydney.
